מיקום מעולה צריך שיפור Positive: מיקום מצוין. חדרים טובים ומיטות נוחות. 2 חדרי רחצה יש מכונת קפה. Negative: קשר עם בעלי המקום לאחר הגענו לדירה קשה כמה פעמים שלחתי הודעות ולא הגיבו.ביקשתי להחליף מגבות ולא הביאו היתי צריך לסחוב מהכביסה הנקייה. כנ"ל לגבי ניר טואלט. אין מגב למים במקלחות למטה ככה שהמים זורמים בכל המקלחת כי היתה חסרה דלת למקלחון.אין קליטת אינטרנט בקומה העליונה בחדר הגדול. אין טלוויזיה בדירה וה קשה עם ילדים. כמו כן אין קומקום חשמלי יש מכונת קפה. צריכים לסדר את הדלתות במקלחת.

Not luxurious, no service, great location Positive: Location, keyless system, bedrooms, air-conditioning Negative: There is no service, no WiFi upstairs and they won't care to come fix, kitchen poorly equipped, not even enough plates, tiny fridge, not enough toilet paper.. for the price these things should be provided, not luxurious!

Fantastic stay in Rome, the city has so much to offer. Positive: Great central location with plenty of room for the family. Easy check-in and check-out, with clear communication from the owner. Would recommend to any family visiting Rome. Negative: Nothing really, property was exactly what we were after.

Good location and size, but reality not as good as the photos. Positive: The location was great and the host was friendly and responsive. The apartment was a good size and we made use of the washing machine and drying rack - both important. It was also quiet despite the very centra Location and the beds were comfortable. Good showers (but poor ventilation in the bathrooms). Negative: The apartment was 2 levels and the downstairs was very dark. The living room was downstairs and a good size but the couches were very stained and the apartment really didn’t feel clean. The wifi did not work in the bedrooms (upstairs). It felt like someone had done a very superficial facelift on the apartment which has worn very badly, very quickly. Theres no electrical plug next to the washing machine, so you need to use an extension chord to plug it in next to the sink in the downstairs bathroom, which feels really unsafe especially if people shower (the chord goes on the floor). The photos are pretty misleading. Where there’s a photo of the garden - it’s accurate, however if you look out the left hand side it’s a garbage area! Full of birds picking at the rubbish.
