LA GIULIA Lujo - Homkeey Apartments

Our stay was perfect. The location of this property was right in the heart of Tracy. The size and comfort was wonderful, Positive: Lived the location and size of the property Negative: The upstairs shower leaked onto the floor.

Perfect location and amenities; cleanliness and functionality could be improved Positive: The accommodation looks exactly like it does in the photos. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is great: 2 minutes to Campo de’ Fiori, 2 minutes across the bridge to Trastevere, about 10 minutes to the Pantheon, and there are bus lines nearby that take you anywhere you need to go. The place is very cool—even though it was 35 degrees outside, we didn’t need the AC. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable. Negative: The musty smell in the house and in the apartment takes some getting used to. Unfortunately, this is a common problem in Italy. It’s not the hosts’ fault. What the hosts are definitely responsible for, however, is cleanliness. The floors weren’t properly clean. The sofa smelled awful and was covered in stains. The sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on because of the partition. Water was leaking out of the upstairs bathroom, so we had to put towels on the floor (which meant we didn’t have enough towels). In the lower bathroom, water also splashes everywhere when showering. There was no kettle in the kitchen. There were only four glasses in total, even though there were six of us. That’s really a shame because this apartment truly has the potential to be a great place to stay. The decor is so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. Please address these issues so that you’ll receive only positive reviews in the future. The apartment deserves to be rated highly.

Positive: Fantastic location, great air-conditioning, upstairs bedrooms were roomie and sunny and comfortable. Owner was very communicative. Negative: The downstairs area is dark and very musty. The couch is really stained and unappealing. We didn’t spend any time in that room because it felt unclean. The sofa really needs to be cleaned or replaced. I’ve read many other reviews, saying the same thing.

Excelente y bonito lugar. Positive: La ubicación nos ayudó mucho,cerca de los lugares turísticos y el barrio estaba lindo. Las instalaciones fueron justo lo que necesitábamos, tener 2 baños y camas amplias nos dio mucha comodidad. La cocina nos permitió preparar desayuno. El comedor y la sala están muy amplios. Un lugar muy limpio. La atención del anfitrión fue excelente. Muy recomendable, me volvería a quedar en este lugar. Negative: Solo la cafetera tardaba en preparar café, pero igual pudo ser que no sabíamos como utilizarla.
