Cercle Apt - Lugar histórico en el corazón de Roma

Although location is great, the communication is not reliable Positive: Photos are true and the location is fantastic. Negative: I had clearly specified and asked if the a/c was fully functional before coming in to the property, however, the a/c was not working in one of the rooms making it unbearable to sleep in it. We’ve paid for 3 rooms, travelled with 3 elderly people and could only use 2 rooms. When we requested this to be reviewed, we were in contact with the host and another ‘team’ (sometimes one responds and then the other!?), who don’t seem to communicate with each other. After explaining it twice, both said they’d fix it but it never happened.

Beautiful apartment, great location. Would stay again. Positive: Great location. Close to nice bars, restaurants, grocery, etc. It was so easy to walk from our place to anywhere we needed to go. The property itself was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Negative: Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in the second bedroom wasn't functioning properly. In the middle of a heat wave, it made it somewhat uncomfortable for our son staying in that room. But with the door ajar, he could get colder air from the rest of the apartment so it wasn't a deal breaker. I suspect an adult might be more uncomfortable though.

Positive: Appartamento bellissimo, comodo e molto ampio in una zona centrale ma, al tempo stesso, silenziosa. Squisiti i proprietari le cui comunicazioni sono sempre state puntuali. Tornerò sicuramente

Positive: Location is good. Very close to piazza Navona yet no noise Negative: Water pressure in the showers was low. One of the 2 room ACs was not working and the one in the living room is very weak.

Piazza Narvonna is perfect location to stay Positive: Property was as described. Gave our family of 6 plenty of space to move around. Showers and air conditioning were good. Quiet. Clean. Location Excellent. Taxistand close by. Early entry to store luggage was extremely appreciated. Negative: Maybe a list of favorite restaurants
