Positive: Feels like home with the great view from both levels and the terrace 💚🤍❤️ We fell in love with this place 🤩

Positive: Un appartement extrêmement bien situé au pied de l'escalier de la place d'Espagne. Il faut savoir que les pièces seront exiguës, les escaliers raides. Mais il faut mériter la vie exceptionnelle que l'on a sur Rome à 360 degrés du toit terrasse. Negative: Un seul regret au sujet de l'équipement de la cuisine qui permet peu de prendre de vrais repas sur place. Mais une cafetière et une bouilloire permettent de prendre un petit déjeuner sans problème.

Mirar detrás de los espejos para encontrar el baño y los utensilios de cocina Calidad/precio ok Positive: La ubicación, perfecta para desplazarte a cualquier parte de Roma. En la misma Plaza de España hay una parada de metro con conexión directa con la estación de tren para ir al aeropuerto Negative: Las escaleras interiores pueden ser un problema para personas con problemas de movilidad

Perfetto Positive: We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The location is truly exceptional — the terrace offers a stunning panoramic view of the Spanish Steps and other famous landmarks of Rome. Watching the sunrise from there was an unforgettable experience. Some guests mention the small elevator and the narrow staircase to the fourth floor, as well as the compact rooms, but honestly, few places in Rome can offer such a view. The price and quality fully match the description and our expectations. We are grateful for this wonderful stay and happy to share a few photos we took from the terrace in November 2025 Negative: Nothing

Tolle Lage, aber auch dafür der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Positive: Die Lage und die Kommunikation mit Vermietung Negative: Extreme Wendeltreppen im Appartement. Nichts für Menschen mit Problemen bei den Beinen oder auch alte Menschen. Keinerlei Hinweis!! Kein einziges Wasserglas. Schrank nicht möglich zu nutzen! Badezimmer stark Renovierungsbedürftig. Keine Ablage. Spiegeltür und Schranktür defekt.
