Botanico Apt - Trastevere

Nous recommandons ce logement. Positive: Logement conforme à la description et aux photos, joliment décoré, propre, très bien situé pour les visites et dans une rue calme, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Comme l'indique un commentaire il y a 4 étages à monter mais les marches ne sont pas hautes, aucun problème de débit d'eau contrairement à ce que l'on avait lu. Negative: Petit détail : manque du papier toilette, 2 rouleaux pour 4 femmes pour 4 nuits, 2 de plus auraient été appréciables. Pour les personnes qui veulent cuisiner (ce n'était pas notre cas), très peu d'ustensiles.

Wunderschönes und ruhiges Apartment in Trastevere Positive: Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Mitten in Trastevere, aber doch ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig mittendrin und dadurch viele Optionen essen zu gehen. Check-in war unkompliziert und die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön eingerichtet. Negative: Es gibt keinen Aufzug - Die Koffer muss man in den 4. Stock tragen, das sollte einem bewusst sein, wenn man hier bucht :) Für uns war es kein Problem.

Positive: The location was good Negative: Only one pan available to cook, no glasses, no place to put the washed dishes to dry, no propper blinds so the light would come in, the matress is so thin my partner woke up in pain every day as it would sink, there was no toaster either available and no cloth in the kitchen, not to clean nor to dry hands. Also the stove is a gas one although no lighter or anything to turn it on was available. There was no oil to cook and i guess the salt that was there was left by previous bookings. Not even a moccha coffee machine only capsules and the quality was terrible, the cheapest you could find. It's very clear that the place is set to save as much as possible and overcharge at all costs as this place is not worth at all what they charge. Very dissapointing finding out that the owner is actually a rental company and not a private. Ive stayed in many places of this type and by far this is the worst least cared for place ive stayed at.

Het voelde als ons huis. Positive: Het licht, de ruimte, de aankleding, de balkonnetjes en het dakterras. Negative: De koelkast, die moet vervangen worden.

Positive: Ótima localização, apto confortável, bom aquecimento, todos utensílios necessários. Recomendo, ótimo custo-beneficio.
