Positive: Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή βολική τοποθεσία και βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο. Δεν έχει ανσασέρ, είναι λίγο παλιό αλλά είναι πάρα πολύ καθαρό. Κάτω από το σπίτι έχει σούπερ μάρκετ και πολλά εστιατόρια. Το fontana trevi βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια ενώ η piazza di spanga 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
