Great place for our first time in Rome! Positive: Location, spacious, clean and modern decor Negative: The small bedroom doesn’t have AC. It would nice to make it more obvious in the posting. The water temperature seemed to be quite unstable.

Avoid in the summer due to insufficient AC Positive: 1. Location and balcony with view of the pantheon were amazing. 2. The apartment was spacious, and had two full bathrooms as well as a small kitchen. 3. The host was responsive and check-in was easy. Negative: 1. The air conditioning was not sufficient during the summer heat wave. There were two AC units - one in the primary bedroom (which was constantly leaking) and one in the living room (which kept turning off). Between one of the units consistently turning off and no AC or even a fan in the second bedroom, the second bedroom was very uncomfortable for sleeping. When I informed the host about the leaking unit, her remedy was to “avoid using it” (in 38 degree weather). 2. The water heater was also leaking and the host’s remedy was to “stop using it”, which is impossible as it’s hooked up to the building’s plumbing and there was no shut off valve. Overall, it didn’t seem like the host understood the issues and did not send anyone to remediate them. 3. WiFi didn’t work well in the second bedroom (kept disconnecting) . 4. Apartment was clean overall but the doors and walls had fingerprints/dirt and need cleaning.

Fantastic location in the heart of Rome Positive: The location is excellent. We could see the Pantheon from our room. Everything we wanted was within walking (or hire bike) distance with no need to catch buses or trains.

The absolute highlight has to be the huge balcony with a stunning, direct view of the Pantheon—the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. 🏡 The Space The apartment itself is fantastic: Layout: Clean, bright, and very spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (perfect for families or groups). Amenities: Well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Accessibility: The building feels incredibly safe and secure, features 2 elevators, and offers very easy access (a rare find in historic Rome!). 🤝 Exceptional Host A special mention must go to the host. Communication was seamless from the moment we booked, making our arrival and stay completely stress-free. Negative: Luck of airconditioner in the secondary bedroom

Excelente ubicación! Buen departamento, recomendable, no hay muchos así en relación precio-calidad Positive: UBICACION, a 90 m del Panteón, 20' al Vaticano, 19' al Castel Sant Angelo. Pleno casco histórico, lleno de tiendas varias, restaurantes, literalmente enfrente de un supermercado. El uber te deja en la puerta. Vas caminando a todos lados. DEPARTAMENTO: dos habitaciones, dos baños, gran living comedor, balcon con vistas espectaculares, con mesita y sillas ideales.para tomar mate o tragos o comer disfrutando las vistas. . EDIFICIO: Antiguo, muy.comodo, dos ascensores, fundamental para acceder al 5 piso donde está el depto. No tuve problemas con el ruido de la calle. Negative: Las fundas y almohadones del sillón del living están muy manchados y viejos pero no estaban sucios. Eso no fue problema en absoluto. Es como que le faltara un poco de onda en la decoración, pero no influye para que disfrutes del espacio y de las vistas.
