Positive: The location was great.

We felt really looked after by the team, and enjoyed staying at such a beautiful property. Positive: The room was lovely and clean, very good security at the property. We were provided comprehensive instructions on how to enter the property, and there was great communication between the property team and us throughout the stay. The location is great, in a lovely neighbourhood with a short walk/bus to many of the main attractions. No complaints at all, we had a lovely stay. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Excellent location, close to everything!

Comfortable room but poor communication with host caused frustration. Positive: All the in-room amenities were great and the towels were very nice. Happy there was an elevator for the luggage. Negative: Bedding sheet on queen bed had a stain. We had no idea until we showed up at 8:30am that we could not leave our bags until 10:30am because there was no reception. This ended up costing us 50 euro for extra baggage storage because we did not know until we arrived despite being told we could leave our bags. It was very frustrating. Was told there was an iron but the cabinets in the common space were locked so we were unable to access.
