A fantastic apartment with great views and in the heart of Rome Positive: Amazing location only a ‘stones throw’ away from the Pantheon and waking distance to all the main attractions in Rome. Also an amazing view across the city from the 5th floor. A big space with 2 lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and a large lounge area. Negative: Check in wasn’t ideal. Really clear instructions given but the 1st thing you have to do is call a number to be let in through the front door. No one answered my call so I had to randomly press the buzzer to other apartments and luckily someone let me in. Once in, everything else worked well.

Positive: L'appartement est idéalement situé, à équidistance de l'église Saint-Louis-des-Français et du Panthéon. Situé au 5ème étage, il bénéficie d'un ascenseur, et deux jeux de clefs sont fournis ce qui est très appréciable. Du balcon orienté plein sud, on aperçoit plusieurs clochers, ainsi que le Vittoriano. Il y a une chambre avec un lit deux places, une autre avec un lit une place, chacune a sa salle de douche. Dans le salon le canapé permet de loger une ou deux personnes de plus. Malgré sa situation très centrale l'appartement est très calme. Negative: Nous étions peut-être les premiers à nous servir de la cuisine, personne ne s'était aperçu que la casserolerie n'était pas adaptée à la plaque à induction. Passée la déconvenue du premier soir où nous n'avons pas pu faire cuire nos pâtes, le propriétaire s'est démené dès le lendemain pour régler le problème en apportant casserole et poêle adaptées à l'induction, nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants.

Celeste Retreat is centrally located with an balcony to enjoy the views. Positive: The host sent me step-by-step photos on how to access the apartment. It was spot on, and I appreciated the visual reference. The apartment is a 2-minute walk to the Pantheon and centrally located to so many amazing piazzas and churches. Store downstairs with gelato and many restaurants minutes away. Probably a 20-minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica in one direction and the Roman Forum in the other direction. We had a balcony with a great view of part of the Pantheon and several church domes. Negative: I appreciated the washing machine, but a dryer would be a bonus.
