Positive: The apartment is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum, with plenty of nice pubs and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is clean, very spacious, and comfortable. A nice touch was the supply of coffee, tea, and cookies. Negative: The biggest downside was the stairs leading to the apartment, though I consider that a minor issue.
