Location & size of apartment was excellent, appreciate prompt communications with host! Positive: The location was fantastic & size of rooms excellent! Negative: I felt the large living space could have had a tv or speakers for music.

Zona strategica per visitare i vari punti di Roma Positive: Arredamento moderno ! Letto matrimoniale molto comodo Negative: Non mi sono piaciuti gli infissi che a differenza dell arredamento moderno e curato sono vecchi e non si chiudono bene. E la scala fra il piano terra del soggiorno e le camere al primo piano ritengo molto pericolosa perché è bisognosa di una ringhiera in caso di scivolamento e inciampo. Wi-Fi piano terra ok primo piano camere praticamente non riceve.

Il posto è strategico....a piedi si arriva ovunque! L'appartamento è grande e comodo! Positive: C'è l'ingresso codificato per cui non bisogna aspettare le chiavi, ma semplicemente comunicare l'orario di arrivo! Negative: C'erano caffè, biscottini e tè....avrei gradito una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo (è un piccolo suggerimento) Il bidè del bagno di sopra perde acqua....da sistemare! I divani sarebbero da lavare o coprire poiché macchiati(sicuramente per poca cura di chi ci ha preceduti nel soggiorno)

Beautiful super clean and spacious centrally locates apartment Positive: Amazing location - within walking distance of all the main sites, with tons of restaurants, cafes, and gelaterias just minutes away. The place is beautiful, with a true Tulum-style design. It also feels recently renovated and was spotless. Hands down the best place we stayed in during our Italy trip, and excellent value for the price. Negative: The only thing I didn't like is that you enter with a code and there's no way to lock the apartment from inside. It just made me feel uncomfortable that someone who has the code can enter the house while we're there. It can be easily fixed if they add a lock for for the door from inside.
