APT10A - Suite & Terrasse

I would definitely stay here again. I loved it all. Positive: I love the interior space and design. The terrace is beautiful. You can see the river in one direction and a beautiful church dome in the other direction. The building is safe and in a great location.

Excelente dpto para 2 personas para tus días en Roma Positive: La ubicación excelente . A pasos del puente Sisto , la terraza/ es muy linda un plus .abajo hay un resto excelente con cava de vinos. La cama muy cómoda y las almohadas también.. cocina completa para desayunar o cocinar . Negative: Solo para tener presente el baño es chico para una persona que es muy grandota . Yo le recomiendo al dueño que csmbie la bacha por una más chica

never again, I do not recommend it Positive: Good location, good terrace Negative: Many items were missing from the house, the terrace was very nice but used extremely inefficiently, the chairs were very uncomfortable, the table had not been wiped and was very dirty, the bathroom and toilet were very small, the kitchen did not have many essential ingredients (spices, oil, etc.), the blinds did not close properly so sunlight came in early in the morning, we had to turn it off at night because the air conditioner made strange noises after a certain hour, I reported it to the landlord but he did not even answer, in addition the air conditioner was dripping water heavily, it was obvious that it had been neglected, the living room and bedroom were in the same area, the sofa here was old and its leather had peeled off in places, we asked the landlord to keep the suitcases for only two hours, he still did not answer, when we insisted on an answer he said he could not accept it. We had to carry the suitcases to the luggage storage station one km away before taking them to the airport. In short, a landlord with poor communication and intolerance, the house was neglected for this reason. I would never choose it again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Quand nous reverrons nous Roma ? Positive: L’emplacement dans un quartier calme près de trastevere et du centre historique de Rome. La disponibilité du personnel, la grande terrasse ensoleillée !
